Nvidia Training Course : Medical AI Development with MONAI: Interactive Annotation Using NVIDIA NIM Microservices

Learn to build end-to-end medical AI workflows using MONAI core, MONAI Label and VISTA-3D NIM. Learn to combine AI-assisted annotation, interactive segmentation to create powerful medical imaging applications. We’ll cover radiology, pathology, and endoscopy video-like use cases. For each use case, you’ll utilize different viewers, such as 3D Slicer, OHIF, and XNAT for radiology; QuPath and imageJ with impartial for pathology; and Cvat for endoscopy. By the end of this lab you would have gained a practical experience with these tools while understanding how they complement each other in real-world scenarios.
